World Spark’s first project was the development of a 70 apartment multi-use complex that includes a senior dining /social center, a physical therapy clinic and community gardens.
Located in Portland’s re-developing inner East Side, Sacred Heart Villa evidences World Spark’s trademark process of collaboration, adaptation, and innovation. Working with the neighborhood and city as well as senior, church and charitable leaders, World Spark utilized available resources to design an innovative response to the housing, social and nutritional needs of a changing population. |
